Mount all available directories into add-on container and improve documentation. Home Assistant's config folder is now available under /homeassistant and the configuration of all Home Assistant add-ons under /addon_configs.

Fixes #458.
Fixes #460.
Supersedes #459.

@Poeschl could you merge it please or give salim merge rights? And I read from Zoe in an email that it may break the existing /config folder because there are some certificates, but now I can't find the comment anymore. I did not check it out since I could rollback older installations, but for newer ones I need a fixed version.
Thanks!

Apologies, I dug a bit into what was happening and deleted my comment because I was incorrect. The way the config is set up is to mount home assistant under /homeassistant. This will not conflict with the existing /config that syncthing uses. That's a separate config flag
