GitHub - ProvideQ/hybrid-vrp-solver: Fork from the hybrid Vehicle Routing project created in Lucas Berger's bachelor thesis. The binary from this project needs to be installed to run the Vehicle Routing solvers of the toolbox-server. This repo is included as a sub-repo of the toolbox-server.

things to install:

LKH binary (either install from source or just download)
setup dwave.conf in user directory
install poetry to use as a package manager for the python libraries
install rust nightly version from 2023-07-01. use rustup to change the version used in this directory
