Faster-Whisper-XXL r194.2

Standalone Faster-Whisper implementation using optimized CTranslate2 models.

Includes all Standalone Faster-Whisper features + some additional ones. Read here.
Faster-Whisper-XXL releases include all needed libs.

Some new stuff in r194.2:

Bugfix: Broken outputs when diarize/sentence and batch input [194.1].
Fix: --sentence was splitting words on hyphens.
Fix: --sentence was splitting digits containing comma.
Change: --sentence affects all output formats except json [previously only srt & vtt].
Improvements and bugfixes for json input.
Added "One Click Transcribe" tool: #337
