When poetry installs matplotlib 3.7.0, it seems to remove necessary dependencies for some reason. |

This change makes it possible to install qulacs-visualizer in a Python 3.12 environment, though
poetry installwith Python 3.12 fails since skqulacs (and its sub-dependency scipy) requires Python <3.12.
