It is not straightforward to know which node group is which unless users look at tags so this PR addresses it.

I've been away from Terraform for a while, are these changes backwards compatible?

This "renaming" will trigger the deletion of existing node groups so member nodes will be terminated and recreated. If RADAR-base stores all critical states in external PVs/DBs then yes, it is backwards-compatible but will cause downtime.
