Release v3
Following some discussions and requests since sharing the original v2:
- Conditional formatting for dates representing a weekend
- Conditional formatting to lightly emphasise/nudge toward editing column

only (renamed to the "work location category") - Introduced data validation rules to display a warning if an unrecognised work location category is entered
- Additional "N/A" categories, allowing people working compressed/part-time hours to record typical non-working days
- Moved the 40%/60% thresholds into a dynamic column header (rather than having more than a handful of empty columns just for this)
Probably some more changes too, including general styling/formatting changes not explicitly listed above (removal of gridlines, addition of table borders, adjusting font size/colour, etc. etc.).
