This repository holds the RoboRIO program for new code team members. The objective is to allow new recruits to program their own RIO code, engaging them in a productive way and permits them to be a part of the active code development without having to worry about the RoboRIO program being broken.
Note: This Repo does NOT contain the actual code that will be used at competition, rather, it is a training space for new members.
If you need help, please make a pull request/put code on a new branch/open an issue about it on github, that way when a more experinced code team member gets a change, they can fix the code.

Java Development:
As of right now we are transitioning to Java code for the 2019 season. As a result - the following items are required for developing:
- The Newest JDK (Search this up on google as the version & link updates constantly)
Note: Configure your JAVA_HOME variable to point to your JDK, Link: https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E19182-01/821-0917/inst_jdk_javahome_t/
Note from Ben - Description of how to add JAVA_HOME variable is slightly inaccurate on Windows 10 (1803) Here's what I used: https://javatutorial.net/set-java-home-windows-10 - Installer: (Link: https://wpilib.screenstepslive.com/s/currentCS/m/java/l/1027503-installing-c-and-java-development-tools-for-frc)
- Github Desktop (Link: https://desktop.github.com/)
- [Optional but recommended] - git.scm (Link: https://git-scm.com/)
