UserExtended Core Release 2.30.00 - The Modularity Update

The modularity update is meant for improving the ease of use of UE models. It will allow a client more control over which modules are active and inactive as well as documentation and analytics. This update will also allows developers more control over their modules by allowing them to inject more data.

Planned improvements:

• Apply plugin settings more thoroughly and add support for injecting settings from modules
• Add permissions for backend tasks and add support for injecting more permissions
• Add a backend sub page (A child [submenu] of the users tab) for managing modules. Enable, Disable, Versions, Locking Version, and viewing documentation on what you can do with them. Call it 'Module Manager'
• Allow other modules to INJECT user_settings.yaml
