rpgstats command

/rpgstats allows you to see the stats of other players and their current level+xp. If run without a provided target, it assumes the source player. If you have permission level 2 or above, you will also be shown any hidden stats. Returns the number of stats shown.

/rpgstats- Shows your stats to you, or throws if you are not a player. -
/rpgstats ExamplePlayer- Shows you the stats of playerExamplePlayer(assuming they are online)
