Santander Bank Customer Satisfaction Prediction

Problem Statement

  1. The financial impact of losing a customer 1 would be significant, particularly for a large bank like Santander
  2. Acquiring a new customer can cost 5 to 2 25 times more than retaining an existing one (Estimated)

Objective

Predict whether a customer will be satisfied or not in order to :

  • Target resources and efforts towards the customers who are most at risk of leaving
  • Increase the revenue by retaining the loyal customers.
