This project is a Power BI dashboard designed to analyze pizza sales data over the course of a year. It provides insights into total revenue, order trends, busiest days, and pizza category performance. This dashboard helps stakeholders understand key performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Total Revenue and Orders: Displays total revenue, total pizzas sold, total orders, and average order value.
- Order Trends:
- Daily Trend for Total Orders: Visualizes the average number of orders on each day of the week.
- Monthly Trend for Total Orders: Shows monthly order trends to identify peak sales periods.
- Sales Performance:
- Busiest Days & Times: Highlights peak order days (weekends, especially Friday and Saturday) and peak months (July and January).
- Category & Size Analysis: Displays the percentage of sales by pizza category and size, with Classic and Large pizzas contributing to maximum sales.
- Total Pizzas Sold by Category: A bar chart showing total pizzas sold by category (Classic, Supreme, Veggie, Chicken).
