v2.0.6 - Sentry Switch and Server Side Polling

After adding the Sentry sensor, it became clear the Sentry switch was not behaving correctly. This release fixes it such that updates to the Sentry state are reflected correctly and in realtime to both the sensor and switch.

This release will also automatically enable server side polling for any vehicles with telemetry enabled, as it provides a better experience.
