Ricochet v1.0.1

Small patch to fix some issues that are present on the itch.io version.

• The boss now only activates when it is on screen, fixing cases where it would wander outside the boss arena
• Enemies no longer shoot at you when you are dead
• Added a missing deathzone
• Some more polishing was done on the map
• Tutorial text was added to explain the controls
• The shotgun at the beginning of the game is a lot easier to see
