• Sample-wise processing: the pipeline now processes each sample individually. This is because we have run into issues with users adding new samples after the pipeline has already processed the whole project directory.
• Now compatible with MinKNOW 24.02. This version creates pod5 directories without _pass/_fail post-fixes.
• Fix bug where pipeline stalls if there are any loose files under project directory
• Created graph dependency to ensure checksum calculation is complete before transferring
