Per both BCP-47 and ISO 639-1 alike, "si" is the language code for Sinhala (Sinhalese). The file to be renamed contains Slovenian locale data, rather than Sinhala locale data, and so, should use the language code for Slovenian. Per both BCP-47 and ISO 636-1 alike, the language code for Slovenian is "sl" (or "sl_SI", per BCP-47, to specify specifically the variety of Slovenian as spoken in Slovenia).
