HelpfulBot

Contains four modules: Tabs, Stickyelements, Phpbutton, and Helpfulbot. Expected to function fully, however, new functionality should be expected for the helpfulbot module in a later release.

Initial release of the plugin with its first two modules (stickyelements and tabs, of which only stickyelements is frontend visible).
