Troubleshooting: Corrupt or incompatible data

For unexpected reasons, your extension data may become corrupt. Incompatibility issues could also arise after a major update.

As a result, you may face errors when trying to launch some commands.

To fix this, you will need to reset your data back to default. Please follow these steps:

1. Launch the "Ask AI" command.
2. If the command also fails, please try looking for any command which can be launched correctly. Possible alternatives are "Summarize", "Check for Updates" or "Configure GPT4Free Local API".
3. After launching the command, immediately go to the actions menu. Scroll down and select "Clear Local Storage & Cache".
4. Try launching the malfunctioning command(s) again.

If problems still occur, please open an issue on GitHub. Additionally, you could uninstall the extension completely and reinstall it from source, which should always work.
