Welcome to the ZCEggify wiki!

ZCEggify is a plugin that allows you to eggify mobs using a configurable item/projectile. This allows you to turn mobs into eggs for easier transport and trading. They keep all of the attributes they had when eggified too!

Features

  • Capture creature types categorically and specifically.
  • Configurable capture projectile types: SNOW_BALL, ARROW, EGG
  • Save creature data(Potion Effects, Saddled Pig, Tamed, and much more).
  • Vault(soft depend) Economy support, and Item Cost support.
  • Survival-mode spawn eggs.
  • Spawn Egg item lore to describe your captured mob.
  • Disallow players to capture mobs from specific worlds.
  • Optional Coloured-Eggs.
  • Permission-based capturing.

Commands

  • /ZCEggify version - Display the current version of the plugin.
  • /ZCEggify update - Check for updates, if there is a new version available, a link to the update will be given.
  • /ZCEggify reload - Reloads the config file.
  • /ZCEggify regenconfig - Regenerate/resets and reloads config file.
  • /ZCEggify spawn - Gives you the configured unique mob capture projectile.

Permissions

  • ZCEggify.Admin - Performs administrative tasks regarding ZCEggify.
  • ZCEggify.Catch.* - Gives the ability to capture all types of animals and monsters.
  • ZCEggify.Catch.Peaceful - Gives the ability to capture passive mobs.
  • ZCEggify.Catch.Hostile - Gives the ability to capture aggressive mobs.
  • ZCEggify.NoCost - Gives the ability to capture creatures without a cost.

Notice: For permission of a specific mob, use 'ZCEggify.Catch.'. For a list of all mob names, see this link.

TODO

  • CostMode BOTH - charges the item and money
  • Throwing egg projectile won't spawn baby chicken on hatch. (Unimportant - Not used in production instance)
