The minimal implementation.

• Added a submenu (HuntBugs) with two items to the context menu of the Package Explorer.
• Analyze Project (Ctrl+4) runs the analyzer and opens the Bug Explorer view.
• Delete Markers erases all HuntBugs markers inside the selected project.
• Double-click on a bug opens the bug location.
• You can open a bug location via the context menu of the bug tree, or open the bug details view.
