Students can sign up/login and look for PGs around their location. Also, they can filter the results to get what they want. Students can view details of a PG(like picture), chat with the owner, rate and review the PG etc. There is also a top rated section which shows top rated PGs.
PG owners can sign up/login and upload/delete pictures, upload details of rooms and facilities. They have a dashboard to view reviews written on the PG. Owners also can chat with the students.
All the email ids and phone numbers are verfied with OTPs. Only verfied students and PG owners can sign in. There is also a notification system notifying students about messages, notifiying PG owners about new reviews and messages. Notifications are also sent via email and SMS.
