A simple substitution cipher, where letter case matters.

Also, V, e, and h, as well as q, k, and F, are interchangable. (The converter will keep them as is.)
All unvoiced and voiced consonant pairs swap. If a consonant has no corresponding anti-voiced consonant, it is left alone. Similarly, all rounded and unrounded vowels swap, and are left alone if no pair exists.

All words in a given sentence have to be said in reverse order.
