Expanded Music Library, Flairs, and New Commands

Additions:

• Added !queue command that shows the queue list
• Added !queue -r command that removes items from the queue
• Added flairs to some users

Tweaks:

• Changed !repeat function to require no argument
• Switched from Google Search API to async Webscraping with lxml parsing to expand the music library

Bugfixes:

• Fixed bug where bot would break when two people tried to play a song at the same time
• Fixed queue breaking when skipping through songs
