Update winter-math version to 0.8

Update the version of the Winterfell (winter-math crate namely) to 0.8.

Motivation

This change is required for the correct work of the miden-prover crate in the Miden VM.

Solution

Change version of the winter-math crate from 0.7 to 0.8, version of the ministark-gpu crate from 0.2 to 0.3.
