Releasing VMS 0.4.0.

On development front

• VMS has been migrated from Function based views to Class based views.

On testing front

• Selenium test architecture of around 115 tests now follows page object model design.
• VMS repository has Travis and local Browserstack integration.
• Coverage is 90%.
• Reduction in time in unit and Selenium tests.
