This is the first major release of tofnd:

ed25519 is now supported
tofnd is now published on crates.io. You can install it via cargo install tofnd (requires protoc to be installed).
The unused GG20 threshold signature scheme has been removed, and hence dependency on libgmp has also been removed.
Rust 2021 edition is now used.
Rust MSRV bumped to 1.78 and dependencies have been updated.
