Check the version of this file. It should not be the same V1.0.29 as an existing file. File V1.0.29__DDL-UPDATE_TABLE-fine-arts-applied-skills-code.sql already exists so there will be a conflict. Seeing as you have another PR with version V1.0.30, I suggest renaming this one to V1.0.31 to avoid any conflicts.
