The bug addressed in this PR, the revert action for "Add Facility", works great! ✨

There is also another Facility issue that perhaps you can address in this PR as well...

The Facility UI schema does not seem to validate the required fields:

Latitude of Largest Point of Emissions*
Longitude of Largest Point of Emissions*

Clicking "Save and Continue" allows POST which returns error 422
