Feat/org selector

Description

In this PR we will be adding the Organization select functionality for the user. User Story:

As a user, I should be able to select my organization before entering the main page of the SILVA app and should be able to switch organizations.

Fixes # (issue) and SILVA-451

• New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)

• Tested in Docker Compose Locally
