installed on the API?

yes, in openshift I found this

Ah good, it must be installed with ffmpeg then.
I have update duration (running time) to all s3 AV files.
Now, We have an API to update running to File Reference running time
This could solve most of the case to get running time. don't need to download and process for each file, most of the files should should be located in s3.
