I think this fixes #2 and #3. I had the same issue (undefined symbol when import segment).

The command python-config, by default, returns info for python2.7... specifying for python3.4-config provides the proper flags and whatnot. The segment.so file was compiling fine, just with the wrong linked libraries (python2)...

I'm not sure if this change is ideal, but at least this PR documents how to fix it...
