Notable changes

• Now run steamlink in a new VT (using openvt).
• The kodi service is being stopped to save resources when launching steamlink.
• A heartbeat is started in the background to detect steamlink presence. If steamlink is stopped, automatically restart kodi service.
• Added full requirements to make it works in README.
