ingredients:
- 6 wraps
- 3 paprika
- 250 gram tomaten
- 1 rode ui
- 300 gram vega kipstukjes
- 75 gram Parmezaanse kaas
- 200 gram crème fraîche
- 2 eetlepel tex-mex kruiden

directions:
- Snij de ui fijn
- Fruit de helft van de ui in een koekenpan en bak 2 minuten
- Snij de paprika in blokjes
- Voeg de paprika toe en bak 4 minuten
- Voeg de tex-mex kruiden en kipstukjes toe en bak 5 minuten
- Snij de tomaten in kleine stukjes en meng dit met de overgebleven ui tot een salsa
- Rasp de kaas
- Beleg een wrap voor de helft met het mengsel. Verdeel er de geraspte kaas over. Vouw de wrap dubbel. Bak de wrap 3 minuten per kant
- Herhaal voor iedere wrap
- Serveer de quesadilla met crème fraîche en salsa
- Maak een foto voor het receptenboek
