job_code_secondary is not currently being re-coded on the open data portal since this syntax breaks the asset.

The 2024 open data refresh includes some coding updates, but is primarily about changes to assets on the open data portal. Our permits and parcel status views are now on the open data portal, and a current-year-only version of parcel universe has been added.
