chore: Update gitignore rules, package.json, and GitHub Actions workflow

- Add IntelliJ, Gradle, CMake, and various other specific gitignore rules
- Add package.json file with project name, version, description, main file, and scripts
- Add GitHub Actions workflow file for deploying to GitHub Pages, with permission configurations and Node.js version 22 setup
- Configure job steps to checkout repository, install dependencies, build project, and deploy artifacts to GitHub Pages
