To provide a more streamlined development/contribution experience, created a dev container. This will allow for creating a consistent environment, as well as the use for more cloud-based development environment (Github Codespaces, DevPod, etc).
Also looking to be a baseline to assist in Dagger integration in the Kubernetes Marketplace repo.
