Update config.py has broken link for Ultrasound money relay

This relay give me a 404. Not sure if that is just temporary. Not sure how often they go offline. Or maybe there is an updated URL.

Appears to be a front end issue only.

The ultrasound website frontend may be down, but the relay itself appears to still be operational.

The above is just supposed to return a blank page with an HTTP 200, but as long as it does that and doesn't give an error, it's a good sign the relay is okay.
