Removing all absolute_url and relative_url filters, to attempt to fix this.

Still working on debugging this. @tetron @mr-c do you know if there's something different with the Netlify config between #75 (https://deploy-preview-75--cwl-website.netlify.app/) and the current builds that would affect how the urls generate? That seems to be the only build that doesn't have this issue.
