Optimizations

Made the README instructions clearer and optimized it for running in VPS instead of on Google Cloud Compute Engine. Stills runs in either place though.

Initial Public Release

Wiped git commit history, so the repository is in a clean state with no bug-ridden commits. Enjoy a fully working verification bot and be sure to star the repo and open an issue if you have feature suggestions!
