Bilobe-1.4.0

Release of Bilobe v1.4.0.
With respect to #2, external files with .bi extensions can now be accessed, compiled, and run with the command bilobe /path/to/file.bi.
Similarly, with respect to #3 - now the lnp() function can print a string as well as a number.
