The cylc-6.3.1 minor release has several new fixes over 6.3.0. In particular it propagates CYLC_VERSION prior to remote command invocation so that new features can be used on remote hosts even if the new version of cylc is not yet the default version there (so long as it is installed under the standard version wrapper framework, of course). Please see the change log for other minor changes.
