This repository contains the function used to assess the Approaches for predicting laboratory abnormal results.
The code is publicly available although our data cannot be shared due to privacy issues.
The file fuzzyModeling_stratified_v3.py calculates the performance for the fuzzy model, whereas the file ML_models_stratified_ap2.py calculates the performance for the machine learning models.
