Move example thesis to parent. Bugfix: location cleanthesis for example thesis. Bugfix: change bibfile.
Add support for CI.
Switch to docker image. Closes #2.

This PR enables continuous integration with Github Actions. The resulting *.pdf's can be found by clicking on the green ✔️ next to the respective commits.
