This is a minor update with new functionality.

- Tested with Terraform azurerm provider v2.20.0
terraform-azurerm-bench-windows
- Database server changes
  - Changed default virtual machine size to Standard_B4ms
  - Changed default storage replication type to StandardSSD_LRS
  - Updated virtual-machine-03-post-deploy.ps1 to pre-install Azure PowerShell module to enable SQL Server IaaS Agent functionality
