I'd recommend removing "Bugfix:" from the beginning of each issue under the Bugfixes dropdown, as it is redundant. Other than that, it looks good to me.

These changes look good.

I see that the upgrade instructions include info about changes to the config and output line types. This is good information for the user since the changes to the line types may affect downstream use of the output.

I also see an update to the header column file for MTD output.

I approve pending the automated tests run without error.
