Minor bug-fix release

Bug-fix bumping the version number to push to PyPI.

Cleaned-up pip release

Initial release with

• Core-API
• Firedrake as simulation backend powering the individual reinforcement learning environments
• 3 main initial environments
  • Periodic cylinder wake at Re=100
  • Chaotic pinball at Re=130
  • Open cavity at Re=7500
