Release v1.1

This release focusses on refactoring the old library and removes the need of a curl container.
Code was simplified and cleaned up.
Readme was added.

This release is a carbon copy of the https://github.com/dynatrace-ace/ace-jenkins-extensions in the state it was on April 29. Going forward, this repository will act as a versioned library. For backwards compatibility reasons, you can reference this release in your jenkins pipeline @Library('dynatrace@v1.0') _
