This release brings more tweakable sensors due to the two new options in setup, calculate by and update by.
The calculate by controls whether your sensor should calculate prices based on fixed start times (regular) or end times, like if you have an appliance with a fixed time to end and not to start.
The update by is created for those that wish to retain a value and only recalculate every hour.

Fixes:

#19 - Price diff not sorted well with neg prices - Updated comparer for prices
#25 - Period keeps changing - Added option to calculate by hour instead of minute in config
#26 - Option to recalculate by end-time - Added option to calculate by end-time in config
#? - Use cent option is now adhered to for those using EnergiDataService
