a simple utility program that consists of 3 distinct parts:

1. using computer mouse as piano pedal
2. putting delay between pedal off/on midi messages since some realistic programs (like pianoteq) requires it
3. real-time tuning of notes. tunes fifth up/down and third up/down of last played note perfectly. causes pitch shifts.
