A Visual C++ 32-bit or 64-bit solution solution can be generated using CMake. http://www.cmake.org/cmake/resources/software.html
The OpenGL Samples Pack requires at least Visual C++ 2013.
- Install the GLFW library included in the external directory. -- sudo make x11-dist-install
- Run CMake to create a makefile for GCC
