Release notes

This second release contains a few redactional changes in the body texts (via the R Markdown Notebook file). There are no changes in the R codes, quantitative analyses, visualisation results, and the main arguments and findings of the paper. This means that the current release version is fully backward compatible with the first release (v1.0.0).
